It is about a young woman who survives the Rwandan Holocaust. She describes how her relationship with God developed to a whole new level and how she even forgave those who killed some of her family members. It is an amazing story-- if you have read it, let me know what you thought of it. If you haven't, I highly recommend it.

I have a book of poetry from a professor of mine who taught English in Rwanda just before the genocide. All of his students were killed. His poems are about living and teaching there.
